Our Services. Steadfast Technologies delivers Handyman Services, Smart Home Installation, Carpentry, Smart Thermostat Installation, Furniture Repair, Plumbing Services. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Steadfast Technologies (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Steadfast Technologies may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Steadfast Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Steadfast Technologies arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steadfast Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. SC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of SC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
